Aloecorp Inc. Opens New Manufacturing Facility in Mexico

Dear Aloecorp Aloe vera Ingredient User:
In order to provide you with the best possible products and services, Aloecorp, Inc. has constructed a new facility to meet cGMP requirements at our farm location in Gonzales, Mexico.
This letter is to inform you that the Aloecorp, Inc. manufacturing will be transferred to our new cGMP Mexico facility effective November 1, 2010.
Aloecorp de Mexico will grow, harvest, process, package, and distribute all Aloecorp, Inc. products in Gonzalez, Tamaulipas, Mexico. All corresponding Lyford Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System will be transferred accordingly.
Aloecorp, Inc. headquarters in Lacey, Washington under the direction of President and CEO, Mr. Kyeong Soo (KS) Yoon and staff will oversee and direct every aspect of the Aloecorp de Mexico operation.
The Scientific affairs department will continue its responsibility for customer communications in regulatory affairs and establishment of specifications with oversight of cGMP compliance during quarterly audits of the facility. This department will increase its focus on research and development of product and process enhancement, efficacy and new products. Corresponding documentation such as CoA’s, MSDS sheets, and Product Specifications remain unchanged with the exception of a new facility name and address.
All certifications of aloe vera products including KOSHER, HALAL, ORGANIC, ISO 9001:2008, and the International Aloe Science Council (IASC) will be transferred to Aloecorp de Mexico. All certifying agencies have been contacted and arrangements have been made for new facility audits or re-applications under Aloecorp de Mexico.
